OK . . . I have not made your version yet . . . but I love cinnamon rolls . . . most any that are home made . . . and you said if these were not the best to let you know. As a kid 60 years ago . . . we used to go to a place called the Hamburger Inn . . . their cinnamon rolls were 5 to 6 inches in diameter . . . 1 1/2 inches thick . . . and had carmel icing on them. I accidentally found a lady who used to work there . . . and of course the conversation went to those rolls . . . and she told me the baker deep fried them. They had a taste that none other I've ever had . . . also had. I'll be trying both before the winter is over . . . may waste a lot of good flour and cinnamon . . . but I'm gonna try both. And thanks for yours . . . looking forward to it. OH . . . and by the way . . . so far everyone likes Rene's soft french bread. I'm gonna be using the recipe for buns for Philly beef and cheese sammiches . . . Thanks, pal.

I am new at baking my four first attempt s failed bread came out hard like rocks. Just learning about yeast, I noticed you did not warm your milk of water?. Yours is a different way . But I will try it. Only question is the yeast and how to bloom it.

I did find someone who does make it better, me😁.. Truly they taste just like cinnabon cinnamon rolls! I will be making it this weekend and will leave the recipe... I have a video on my channel now but not the exact measurements. Stay healthy.

I will have to try this. I usually just use 1 cup complete pancake mix plus egg , 2 tbsp of melted butter and a cup of water

Thanks for the recipe. I don't even know how many times I have baked cinnabon and all loved it. I just added little more cinnamon and topped with caramel sacuce and cream cheese sacuse

Dough (even cooked longer), is too “doughy”. Yeast needs to be added to a warm liquid and sugar to “activate”, thus creating a lighter dough, and end the mentioned “doughy” outcome.

What criteria did you use to determine these to be “the world’s best”?

cinn is a powerful spice, not a food color.

His modification, 2 cups mix.... instead of what. Is that more or less? My wife always puts mixes like this into containers and guess what - no directions left. I’m doing pancake mix to waffles and don’t cook... I follow directions. So not that helpful here. Anyone who would watch this is probably as ignorant as me, and therefore needs very specific directions.
